خلق and خلق
Creation and He created
يتفكرون and يعقلون
Those who reflect/ponder and
Those who understand
سميع and بصير
All Hearing and All Seeing
عليم and كل شيء
All Knowing and All thing

و اختلاف السنتكم
And difference of your languages
ان الله بعباده
Certainly Allah In relation to His servants
كان غفوراً رحيماً
Is/was Oft Forgiving and Merciful
له ما في السماوات
For Him is that which is the Heavens
ان الله بعباده لخبير
Certainly Allah in relation to His servants is certainly All Knowing
و من اياته ان خلقكم من تراب
And from His signs is that He created you all from dust.
و استغفرْ الله ان الله كان غفوراً رحيماً
And seek forgiveness of Allah, Certainly Allah is Oft Forgiving Merciful
لا اله الا الله هو الحي القيوم
No God except/but Allah, He is the Living the All Sustainer/Self Subsisting
ان في زالك لَآيةً لقوم يعقلون
Certainly in that is certainly sign for people who Understand
له ما في السماوات و الرض و هو العلي العظيم
For Him is that which is in the Heavens and the Earth and He is All Exalted All Supreme
