What is Exemplary Professional Practice?
Exemplary professional practice is illustrated by our Interprofessional Relationship Based Care (IRBC) Professional Practice Model (PPM). Nurses partner with patients, families, and interprofessional colleagues to positively impact care delivery and outcomes.

Can you speak to the research that is ongoing on your unit or at CDH?
Staff are able to get this information from their SDM chair who attends the Nursing Executive Meeting or other house-wide councils. Staff can also understand what research is going on in their unit by participating in their unit-base shared decision making.
