For the most part servers are standard across the board by MFG and don't require the same type of engineering expertise that storage does. Unlike MFG maintenance we only charge you for what you need.

Do I get software and firmware updates?
Depends. Legally we cannot provide those for you because it is proprietary knowledge to the MFG. We can do a detailed inventory before a contract starts to make sure that all of your systems are up to date and a risk analysis for which systems would really need the latest and greatest updates from the MFG.
