Learners will view instances of harassing behavior, discover how harassing behavior is qualified, how to report allegations of harassment and use this knowledge to assess this behavior in practical scenarios.

DHS PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
This course educates Coast Guard personnel on the importance of Operations Security (OPSEC) and Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP). It aims to fundamentally prepare the workforce to maintain security awareness, protect information and assets, and act to reduce the likelihood of successful threats to our missions.
SECURITY FUNDAMENTALS
This trainings purpose is to raise awareness among Coast Guard personnel of behaviors that constitute sexual harassment and to teach actions which should be taken to prevent or eliminate it.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION
This course outlines the definition of sexual assault and consent, identifies potential perpetrators, describes who is available to help victims, describes reporting options, and helps you understand confidentiality.
Sexual Assault Prevention, Response and Recovery
This training provides a basic understanding to the common modes of transmission, methods of prevention, and what to do if an exposure occurs. Information presented will help minimize serious health risks to persons who may have personal exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials in the workplace.
BLOOD-BORNE PATHOGENS
The purpose of this course is to provide basic information to all Coast Guard personnel who could possibly be exposed to an eye or face hazard or are required to wear eye protection as a condition of Coast Guard employment on the topics of recognition of eye and face hazards, protection from eye and face hazards, and response to eye or face injury.
EYE AND FACE PROTECTION
This course provides information to help prevent noise-induced hearing loss. It further explains the purpose and components of the program including the proper fitting, use, and care of hearing protectors.
HEARING CONSERVATION
This course provides the mandated training to support DOD, Federal agencies and cleared industry security programs. It provides instruction and guidance regarding insider threat awareness, identification and reporting requirements. The instruction promotes a proactive approach to reporting the suspicious activities.
INSIDER THREAT
The purpose of this course is to provide specific need to know information to all Coast Guard personnel required to wear a respirator as a condition of Coast Guard employment on the topics of proper fit, usage, and maintenance of Atmosphere-Supplying and Air-Purifying respirators.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION
The information contained in the course is based on the Notification and Federal Employees Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002. It provides training to all employees regarding their rights and remedies under federal anti-discrimination, whistleblower, and retaliation laws.
DHS No Fear Act & Anti-Harassment Course
The course describes the travel and travel card policies and gives general government travel card guidance.
DHS GOVERNMENT TRAVEL CREDIT CARD TRAINING
This training describes the Coast Guards policy on anti-discrimination in the workplace in conjunction with how gender, age, and race equality is important.
Civil Rights Awareness
Training enhances flight crew performance by improving team coordination through specific individual and team behaviors. This training shall be conducted for all pilots and aircrew in accordance with Risk Management Instruction.

Provides personnel the tools to assess and change their own behaviors to work safer and reduce human error. Institution of this training represents a level of commitment to safety within the workplace.
