Timely Notification
Referring victim out when relationship isn't working. Meeting them out in the community if uncomfortable at an installation. Asking non-judgemental and open-ended questions, offer options/give choice, validating feelings.
Victim-Centered approach
A Service member mentions that the subject and their friends are making drill very uncomfortable, the SM isn't being included in any of the usual morale activities that they used to be, and they are stuck doing more unfavorable duties than their peers or even before.
Recommend they talk with their SVC, if they have one, or IG, either together or through warm-hand off.
