What is the new tolerance limit for housing costs? (in regards heating, annual property tax, etc on a subject property)

Tolerance limit of up to an aggregate of $750 can be applied towards total housing cost i.e annual property tax, annual condo/strata/HOA fees or annual heating expenses on a subject property.
• This tolerance can be applied when there is a variance in housing costs between what the Underwriter has conditioned and what the sales channel has confirmed.
• This tolerance only applies to manually adjudicated deals where proxy values for housing costs are not used, and a condition to confirm property taxes/condo fees is added.
• Tolerance can only be applied providing that at the time of approval GDS < 34.00% and TDS < 41.00% and minimum application income of $75,000.
• Note: Underwriters must provide the GDS/ TDS displayed at time of approval in the commentary back to sales channel when a condition to confirm property taxes/condo fees is added.
