What is the first thing you do when inserting a person record?
Make sure the person did not have an account before.

What are two Certificate types?
Normal certificate, and IRA certificate.
What kind of cards can we make/service on the teller line?
Debit, ATM, and prepaid cards.
Once you've made sure the person did not have an account, what's the next step?
Scan their ID, and create the person record.
What is the purpose of a SmartStart account?
To educate and help young members on how to save money and provide them the tools to begin them on their journey to having a full account with Founders.
What do we do if an account says it has a POA on file?
We go to OnBase, find the POA paper work, and confirm the person standing in front of us is the POA. Using the OnBase file, make sure they have permission to do whatever transaction they are trying to do.
What is a Loyalty select account?
The Loyalty select account is a high interest rate savings account, you can only deposit into it certain ways.
How much is the usual replacement fee for a card?
Seven dollars.
What do we need for a complete person record?
Name, DOB, SS#, address, Home or Cellphone number, email (if applicable), ID, and check ID info is correct, and Mother's maiden name.
What is the first thing you do before scanning a members ID?
Be sure to format the scanner to maker sure the ID scans.
What do we need if a member approaches you about a deceased account?
Insert a potentially deceased alert on keystone, make sure the deceased did not have any beneficiaries or joint owner, get the original death certificate and scan it into OnBase, if they have the original death certificate you can start the deceased owner notification. Check if they have any personal rep paperwork and scan that into OnBase as well.

Debit boost, Dividend Amp, Cash In, and Edge Up.
When creating a new debit card, where do you go in Keystone to begin the process and insert a new card?
You can either go to the relationship tree or view card relationship under additional options in Keystone.
How do we enter in a residence if a member has a P.O. box instead of a mailing address?
Leave the residence alone and add a mailing address with the P.O. box.
What is needed to open a Money Market account?
An open savings account, and 1k.
Who can close a deceased account with under 1k that has no open loans?
A manager can if there is no joint owner.
What accounts can be used for overdraft protection?
Reg. Savings, special savings, christmas club, money market, loyalty select account, line of credit, heloc.
What level of security must be used when counting cards?
The highest level of security, at least two people present when counting cards.
During the address validation step of creating a person record, if the accept matched option isn't available who has to approve the address as entered?
A manager override/approval is need to accept the address as entered.
What does the member need to qualify for a membership?
Live, work, worship, volunteers/attends school in an underserved area or community charter, have an existing account, have a family member with an account here or lives in the same household with an account holder, or currently works for or is retired from a business partner.
Who can close a deceased account if it has between 1k and 50k with no loans and joint owner?
VP or Market Exec
How many certificate types does Founders offer?
There are eight certificate types ranging from 12 to 84 months and one 12 month SmartStart Savings certificate.
In what situations would you perform a Capture on a card for a member before reissuing a new card?
When a card has been lost, stolen, or found on the dark web.
