I just got to the farmhouse and I have a partner with my group that are range of scan or sight and independent with staff present, we both need to go downstairs to speak with management. Both staff went downstairs and asked our questions. The group is fine upstairs since we are at the farmhouse.
FALSE. One staff needs to be with the group at ALL TIMES. Just because you are at the farm doesn't mean the supervision goes away, staff still need to supervise their groups no matter what location! After the first staff is finished then the other staff can come down.

While out at the park it's okay for staff and part of the group to be playing on the swings while the other half is walking the track and the other staff is sitting at a picnic table near the middle of the field.
True. This is not breaking supervision to the person walking the track since the staff can one see the person at all times and two you are close enough to attend to the person if they need assistance.

No. You need to wait until you have enough hours accrued then submit time off.
Everyone in my group is range of sight or scan. They are in the sunroom hanging out with the door open and I'm sitting at the dinning room table facing the sunroom with someone working on an activity packet. This is fine for me to do.
