This involves using various techniques and coping strategies to improve the way you react to stressful things in your life and build resilience.

In this step you make a list of all people we had harmed and became willing to makes amends to.

This type of role model work in the addiction recovery field and can include Therapists, Counsellors, or Peer Support Specialists.

These are values that support pain, abuse, and death where you are only concerned about how things affect you.
You can spend quality time with them to reduce stress and you usually have spend the majority of your life with them.

This type of boundary is when you fence yourself in and don't allow anyone to go pass that fence.

In this step we make direct amends to people we had harmed whenever possible except for when doing so would injure them or others.

If you do this poorly then it can cause lots of stress, fall behind on work, and lose time like socializing and getting enough sleep.

This program is to help you practice forgiveness in the order of: Recall, Empathize, Altruistic Gift, Commit, and Hold.

Role model who has successfully gone through the recovery process and is now living a sober life can instill this in you.
What is Hope?
These values help you feel secure when you are reasonably sure about the future for your family and you.
What are Security Traditional Values?
These are healthy ways to reduce stress known as Avoid, Alter, Adapt, and Accept.
