Perhaps you forgot to accept the visit in the system. Validators need to login and accept visits in the online system.

Invoices need to be submitted within (7) business days of the visit. Please do not wait to submit.

I have an appointment at 1:00. Can I leave the visit before the time designated in the confirmation email?

No. You should not accept a visit if you can not stay for the full time.
