What is mass?
Mass is the amount of matter (atoms) an object has.
What is Weight?
Weight is the force of gravity pulling on mass.
What is Volume?
Volume is the amount of space an object occupies (takes up).
What is Density?
Density is the measurement of how much mass something has in a specific volume.
Or density is how closely an object’s particles are

What is the difference between weight and mass?
Weight is affected by gravity and changes depending on the planet. Mass is not affected by gravity and does not change.
If you took a 2,009 lb elephant to the moon. Would it weigh more or less?
There is less gravity on the moon so the elephant would weight less.
