This report is used to determine how many membership dues were collected for a customized amount of time

You must staple an ID to this if the client purchased more than $500 worth of Gift Cards

Members receive this when they sign up for a 6 month membership
What is an evergreen?
These providers are comfortable working with clients that are female minors
What is all providers?
This should be done to make sure we have a clean space for staff and clients to relieve themselves
