Yes, typically when victims or family members who are not subpoenaed for court but would like to observe the proceeding. ADAs would request for service when victims are subpoenaed.

Arrearage Management Plan (AMP) 

Eligible reqs:

  • Are enrolled in California Alternative Rates for Energy (CARE) or Family Electric Rate Assistance Program (FERA).
  • Owe at least $500 or more on your gas and electric bill
  • Owe at least $250 or more on your gas bill (for gas-only customers)
  • Are more than 90 days past due
  • Have been a PG&E customer for at least 6 months
  • Have made at least one payment on time
