min/max levels are not implemented in UNCON
Who handles the inventory adjustments?
GIM enters the material adjustments in Cendec and MM approves depending on the adjustment amount.
Weigh Scales- Who is responsible for Calibrating and how often is this required?
*scales not applicable at this time for Uncon
*weighing materials prior to placing on racks no required, use best judgement for weight of items. Heavy items to be placed on ground level
What is the process for Accruals?
Accruals for material are not expected to come from the Supply Chain organization as we are not buying material. These are coming from Procurement or field operations as they are actually buying the material.

When are all cycle counts to be completed prior to audit?
No later than June 30th
How is SC involved in repairs?
SC will correspond with the BL to determine if the material needs to be repaired.

What is the definition of 225?
Items held for future use for normal operations, maintenance & drilling activities. Standard materials suitable for wide spread use
How often do we review MOH with our business line for potential disposal?
1X per year- AMR

When ordering material how do you know which vendor to use?
SC works with Procurement or the B/L who have a list of preferred vendors.
What is the process to provide a list of Dormant, overstock, and obsolete material to the B/L?
