Since a percent is a ratio and out of 100, a percent can be written as a fraction, and a fraction can be written as a decimal using place value.
How can I tell if two coordinate points are in the same quadrant without using a coordinate plane?
If the x values share the same sign and the y values share the same sign, they are in the same quadrant. If the x values or the y values have different signs, they are in different quadrants.
