Blessed, Salted, and Shining

When the disciples saw the risen Jesus, the disciples did [this], although some doubted.

Jesus said these believers are blessed when people revile and persecute them and say all kinds of evil against them falsely for whose sake
Believers who are persecuted for Jesus’ (My) sake
Jesus said that if believers do not forgive others their trespasses, the heavenly Father will not forgive these.
Their trespasses
After Jesus rebuked the winds and the sea, there was [this] kind of calm.
A great calm
Jesus said the gates of [this] would not prevail against the church.
Hades
Jesus promised to be with the disciples always, even to this point.
