What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 benefits?

Tier 1 benefits: If you are actively employed and being paid at least 1 hour, but less than 120 hours, during the lookback period you will be offered a High-Deductible Bronze Medical Plan under the Tier 1 structure.


Tier 2 benefits: If you are actively employed and are being paid at least 120 hours during a look back period, you will be offered our full benefits package (i.e. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, etc.) under the Tier 2 structure. The look back period for the calendar month is based on how many hours you were paid for each Saturday week ending date that falls within that calendar month.
