What is the different between a phone screen and a outbound call? 

Phone screen will have notes either screening a candidate in/ out for the position. It will have information on their desired location, pay, start date, unit, shift etc. 

Outbound/ Inbound call- less information received. Could be a shorter conversation that requires additional follow up before moving forward
