Dress Code
Here at Miller Boyd, students are allowed two colors for shirt choices.
What is white and blue
Each student begins each day with this many points.
What is 5?
This is the correct way to address every adult at MBAS.
What is "yes sir, no sir, yes ma'am, and no ma'am"
This is the start time at Miller Boyd. If you enter the doors after this time, you are counted tardy.
When is 7:30?
This is not permitted due to staff allergies.
What is perfume and cologne?
These must be worn at all times and can not be taken off till in the vehicle.
What are ties
A day is considered to be a success (good day) if this many points remain.
What is 3?
You are allowed this many bathroom breaks throughout the day.

Lunch will be served to middle school students at this time.
When is 10:45?
No notches are allowed in these.
What are eyebrows?
Even if it is cold out, these are not allowed past the front door.
What are jackets or coats?
Losing 4 or more points may result in this.
Students are to provide these items.
What are wooden pencils and paper?
These people are expected to be in line waiting for pick up at 2:30.
Who is your ride?
Short and clean these must remain.
What are fingernails?
This style of shirt is the only one allowed.
What is button-down collar shirt?
These people can take points.
Students are subject to this in accordance with Board Policy 6.303.
What are searches?
School rules are in effect for students during these times.
When is 30 minutes before school and until off property?
This must be worn in a manner that does not call attention to the individual.
What is hair?
This style of multi-pocketed pant is not allowed.
What is cargo?
This must be signed every day.
What is point sheet?
Students are not allowed to use this without permission from the principal or his designee.
What is the phone?
Bathroom breaks are not counted during these times.
When is before school and during lunch?
This is not allowed bar one exception.
What is jewelry?
