No. Test administrators read the script provided in the TAM. Only students who have the accommodation will have the directions read to them.

On testing days, we start at 8:20 AM, correct?
No. Test sessions begin around 8:30 with the presentation and directions read aloud.
Where are the testing items picked up/dropped off at?

All students receive accommodations, is this correct?
No. All students have access to the MCAP accessibility features. Only students with documented accommodations (IEP,504 & EML) will receive accommodations.
If you have your testing bag before or after a testing session and you need to move outside your classroom, what do you do with the bag?
Lock up the bag or carry it with you
Can students who come late walk in during testing?
Yes. Only if it is within the first 5 minutes of the beginning of the testing session. Students may not join after 5 minutes.
At the ending of the testing session for the day, what must be done?
ALL materials are collected and returned to the Testing Coordinator, and the tickets are signed back in
If I have have a human reader accommodated group, can I read aloud from a student's screen?
No. Human readers will have a separate login and password to access the test to be read aloud.
Can a test administrator do anything they want during a testing session?
No! Test administrators cannot take pictures, study, copy, or discuss any of the test items. Just like students non-test related personal electronics are prohibited.
When my students finish a section, do I have to wait for the scheduled time to take a break or begin the next section?
Absolutely not! Budget time for a break and continue testing. You may want to be prepared with activities for students to complete should there be a large amount of time remaining in the testing block.
When a student finishes the final section, what should they do?
Students should raise their to show their final steps prior to submitting their test. Test administrators should verify the completion and submission of the test.
