How do you correctly introduce and punctuate an evidence quote?
You write something like:
As it says in the passage, "B95 flew almost 18,000 miles in his 18 years."
Make sure you use a comma, a pair of quotation marks, and copy the text exactly. The period goes inside the quotation marks.
