If a teacher is injured during an emergency, this is still required even while getting them help.
What is maintaining ratio?
The off-site evacuation location for MCH.
What is the Lily Pad?
These people know what each child with allergies, asthma, or a disability may need during an emergency, including their individualized evacuation plan.
Who are the classroom teachers?
These people are notified only after the scene is safe and with the approval of the Program Director, Head of School or Communications Chief.
Who are the parents?
This signals that all children and staff in a classroom are accounted for during an evacuation or drill.
What is a green card?
The loft in the shed near the EC Playground.
Where are the three-day emergency supplies are stored?
Parents can hand off student medication only to this person.
Who is the Libby the Registrar?
When you’re facing an emergency, these are the staff members you call after calling 911.
Who are the Program Directors or Head of School?
The Incident Commander (or most senior person) gives this when every child and staff member are accounted for.
