What is mean? How do you find it?
Mean is the average of all numbers. You find it by adding all of the numbers together, then dividing by the total amount of numbers.
What is mode? How do you find it?
The Mode is the most common number.
(If there is more than one number that occurs the most, they are all the mode)
(If there is no numbers that occur the most, then there is NO MODE)
What is median? How do you find it?
The Median is the middle number. You find it by listing all the numbers from least to greatest and then finding the number in the middle.
(If there are 2 numbers in the middle, add them up and then divide by 2)
What is the range? How do you find it?
The range is the difference between the largest and smallest number. To find it, you subtract the largest number and the smallest number.
