1) 5 abdominal thrusts (upward J shaped directed)

2) place fisted hands between "tummy button" and underneath ribs so as not to break any ribs

1- Pull Cap off

2- Swing and firmly stab upper front/side of thigh (upper leg) until hear CLICK

3- HOLD for TEN Seconds (count SLOWLY).

4- Call 911

5- If After 5 minutes, no response- administer a SECOND epipen if available.

Wrap it in cling wrap instead of regular wrap/gauze.
