What should we do when we have a client who does not have part B?
We should still provide information, tell them to contact Medicare ir SSA first, and once they have a part B eff date, they can call us back and use their election to enroll into an MA Plan.

Typically 20% of the Medicare approved amount for most doctor services, outpatient services, home health, DME, etc.
When will their part B be set for an effective date after enrolling during GEP?
The 1st of the following month from the month of enrollment.
What is the late enrollment penalty for not signing up for part B when first eligible and don't have creditable coverage ?
They will accumulate a 10% for every 12 months they go without part B
