What is tier?
the period of time that you have to enroll in or change your plan, subject to circumstances and time of year.
What is Enrollment period?
Whether you will be bound to a network of doctors or have freedom to pick so long as they accept payment from the insurer. Generally out of network doctors will have a higher rate than in network though.
What is HMO vs PPO?
The most you can be responsible for paying in a plan year for covered services. Premium does not apply
What is MOOP?
The percentage of the bill that you are responsible for
