What does "confidential" mean? What does "confidential" have to do with your school counselor?
I will not tell other students what you say to me in private. I might let your teacher or parents know some things, so that they can help you. I want to make sure you are safe, so I must always tell if someone is getting hurt or if you want to hurt yourself or others.
How do you get to see Mrs. Wright?
Talk to your teacher and arrange a time when it is okay to come and visit with me. A parent does need to sign for permission if you meet with me regularly.

Of course! :) My whole goal as a school counselor is to help you be happy and successful, so it is important for you to PRACTICE the things you learn about.

Third: Make a plan to move forward! We might come up with strategies or practice a new skill. We may role play.
