Depends on what you need. I talk with students, play a game or use other tools to support students, and sometimes you might just need a calm, quiet space to help you reset and calm down.

No, you are not in trouble if you go to my office. I am here to help you manage your emotions not to discipline you. However, we may talk about making better choices in the future.
