1. Ask your teacher to send me a message. 2. Ask for permission to come down to my office.
If I am not in my office let the front office or your teacher know so I can get back to you.

During the school day. However, since there is one of me & a lot of you all please tell your teacher you need to see me.

How does a school counselor help you?
Academic: School work, getting organized, time-management, etc.
Personal: Peer-Conflict, issues at home, report inappropriate behavior, trouble with feelings, or good news
What is Confidentiality?
It means that your counselor will not tell other people what you say unless:
- You are being hurt
- You might hurt someone else
- You might hurt yourself
You can only see a counselor if you have a BIG problem.

MEDIUM: You've tried some strategies but still are struggling.
