Access to the kitchen for coffee, hot tea, and still & sparkling water.
How do we define a meeting?
Any gathering that occurs Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm
What are the two types of hookups for the TVs in each space?
Airplay or HDMI

What should we stock in the bathrooms on Friday before an event weekend?
Toilet paper, soap, paper towels.
What is included in small beverage service?
In-room coffee, hot tea, and still & sparkling water.
How do we define an event?

Is the Stained Glass Room a meeting room or event space?
Event Space!
How many free rental hours do members get for a qualified life event?
3 hours.
What time should we run the dishwasher on Fridays?
3:30pm on quick cycle to unload before 5pm.
What is concierge service?
A one-time fee charged to add on (full or small) beverage service to a room.
How soon should a client expect a response from a question?
Within 24-48 hours.
What is the one space that cannot be rented out during the day of a standard business week (M-F, 8am-5pm)?

Email transfer will be titled: Your COhatch Life Event.
Where should an event leave their key fob when they are done with their event?
On or in the CM desk.
Where can you find information on if an event has beverage service or not?
In the weekly event schedule, in transfer email, or in the meeting booking of RND
What is the first thing you should do after receiving an event transfer email?
Respond with a welcome email within 24-48 hours.
What basic items should be inside of every meeting room?
Pens, Mints, Sharpies, Dry Erase Markers.
Set up time, event time, clean up time.
Taking out the trash, sweeping any confetti, wiping down tables.
What is included in full beverage service?
In-room coffee, hot tea, still & sparkling water, soda, and light snacks.
When a client comes for their event, what can they expect to receive upon entry to the facility?
A warm welcome and a short tour of the space.
Does the client have to pay for set up and clean up time?
Yes.
What is required for a member to book their life event with us?
Contact McKenna for approval & signed contract.
What is the cleaning fee if the room is not returned to its original condition?
