To add a Trusted User, all that is needed is for the member to submit a completed NFCU 652.
False! Once Digital completes the request, they are only granting the authority to be added as a Trusted User. The access will default to NO ACCESS. The member would then log into OLB or MOB to grant the TU permissions to access the desired accounts and features after receiving an email stating the TU has been added.
If the member has Everyday Checking and has DDNP what could you recommend them?
Advise the member they can switch to a Free Easy checking account and receive higher dividends and ATM rebates.

The NFCU 97HX is required once the membership has been established and eSign enrollment was declined and must be completed and signed by the member. The SSA-89 is required for every new membership application.
