Is anger good or bad? WHY?
Anger isn't necessarily good or bad. It's how we respond to anger that really matters.

Example: Physical Health
- Eating healthier (more fruits & veggies, less saturated fat)
- Exercising more (going to the gym regularly, running, etc.)
Come up with one stressor, then give one positive way to deal with that stress and one negative way to deal with it.
Example: Stressor is being stuck in traffic
Positive way - put on favorite music, take a deep breath, maybe look for alternate route home
Negative way - Honk horn, curse at other drivers, get road rage, cause an accident, etc.

Assertive: Expressing thoughts, feelings, and needs directly and honestly while respecting others.
Passive: Avoiding expression of thoughts or feelings, often leading to frustration and resentment.

Example:
Situation: Lost a football game
Impulsive Response: Go off on the other team or my own team, quit the team, etc.
Impulse control: Take a few deep breaths, put my headphones on after the game and play music that calms me down.
