Passive: Don't say anything, avoid the class next time
Aggressive: (raised voice) It wasn't me! Don't call me out like that

What does it mean to starve it out?
Depression and Anxiety lie to you. They want you to do things that make it stronger.
To feed: Isolate, self-injure, sleep all day, don't eat
To starve it out: To do the opposite action even if you don't feel like it (so tired you can't function --> do a small chore instead. Isolate from everyone --> do a facetime call or check in on a friend)
