Mental Illnesses are a diagnosable disorders that one must seek treatment from a professional (Counsellor/Therapist, Psychologist or Psychiatrist). Example of mental illnesses is: Depression, Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia.
