Physical activity is not only good for your body, but it's also great for your mind! Being active releases chemicals in your brain that makes you feel good, boost your self-esteem, concentrate, and sleep better.

Fact: We all need different things at different times. However, people feeling connected is always helpful in managing mental health struggles.
