What are some Extrapyramidial side effects?

What is Manic?

It is characterized by a distinct period of abnormality and persistently elevated, expansive, or irritable mood. Extreme mania can include psychotic behavior such as hallucinations and delusions. Sx: Easily distracted, little sleep, poor temp control, reckless behavior, very elevated mood, over involvement in activities.

What are the differences between negative and positive  symptoms of schizophrenia?

Negative symptoms: those found among people who do not have the disorder but are missing or lacking among individuals with schizophrenia and reflect a less threatening or loss of normal functions. i.e. avolition, lack of desire to have friends, innappropriate social behaviors, blunted affect. just trouble maintaining day to day but can do it. 

Positive Symptoms: Those found in people with schizophrenia but not present in those that do not have disorder. Reflect distortion of normal functions, delusions, though disorders, hallucinations, hearing voices , magical thinking, neologisms, loose associations, echolia.
