What is sharing?
Talking with other people with anxiety can help you to feel more comfortable and know you are not alone. Joining a local group can give you a specific time each week to get together in a safe and secure setting and enable you to practice your skills.
What is a support group?
Different types of television programs are: The News, Soap Operas, Criminal Investigation Dramas, Medical Dramas, Reality TV, Situation Comedies (Sit-Coms), Talk Shows, Documentaries, Cartoons, Game Shows, Sports programs, Movies, Political programs, Religious programs.
What is watching TV?

What is physical wellness?
Even if it’s just ten minutes of ‘you’ time, taking some space for yourself where you turn off your phone, spend time alone, exercise, meditate, or listen to music can really prepare you for tackling stress or challenges.

What are good manners?
You can make meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can bake cakes, cookies, slices and pastries in the oven.

Sometimes you just have to accept that you can’t do everything. Keep track of your schedule and how you feel each day, and working out your optimal level of activity. You should be busy, entertained, and challenged, without feeling overwhelmed.
