Can be defined as a feeling of worry, dread, or unease. Commonly paired with depression but can be a separate and equally as serious disorder.

The combination of factors that are believed to cause mental health disorders
What is Contributing Factors?
A prescribed drug by a doctor/ psychiatrist to treat certain mental health disorders. Patients are to follow the instructions exactly. Overuse of this can lead to overdoses, addiction, and limitation of what drugs can be used on patients in a hospital.
What is medication?
Listening to a sound perceived as pleasingly harmonious.
What is Listening to Music?
Some examples of these are sadness, worry, anger, fear, and grief.
What are negative feelings?
1 out of 110 children have this disorder. Boys 3> are more likely to be diagnosed while girls struggle to be acknowledged with the disorder. No two people with this disorder are alike because it exists as a spectrum.
What is Autism?
People over 18+ who you can trust to talk to about your struggles. They want the best for you and won't offer you anything harmful. These people can include: family members, teachers, or community members.

What is a mental health professional?
A common mental illness in teenagers or adults below 35. Symptoms include (but not limited to): Lack of motivation, under/over eating, constant sleeping, constant self-isolation, and suicidal thoughts.

The practice of focusing on the good in any given situation.
What is a positive mindset?
Usually involves talking to a trained professional to help you understand and overcome your difficulties. It is recommended that you try different professionals and clinics until you find one that makes you comfortable.
What is therapy?
Is used to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Has many forms but usually involves a quiet/controlled noise area, and breathing.
What is meditation?
The age group most likely to be strongly effected by mental health crisises.
What is a teenager?
A stressful situation that your brain cannot handle. These can be classified as sudden changes, physical, mental, and emotional. Common responses are known as: Fight, flight, freeze, or faun.
What is Trauma?
An advisor who helps students develop the skills necessary to succeed in both their personal and professional lives. These professionals regularly meet with students, parents, teachers, and other members of the faculty to provide much-needed services and resources.
What is a counselor?
Taking a day off from school/work when you are overwhelmed or struggling with mental illness symptoms. There's a lot of stigma around it but they are very important for preventing burn out and warding away disorders like depression.
