A 1x Minestrone and 1x Gnocchi can be made in the large stem kettle. 2x or more Minestrone and Gnocchi need to be made in the tilt skillet.

 Third pan lasa build and cook recipe

Spray pan with pam spray

Cut each lasa layer in half, place lasa halves in pan

top each half with #12 Lasa meat, spread meat to edges with spatula

Tightly pack #12 scoop with OG cheese, and top each half, spreading to edges

Top with 2nd half of lasa, repeat with 2-#12 of lasa meat and 2-#12 of og cheese.

Cover with PVC and foil.  2 day sticker.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Label for 4 hours.

Calabrian Steak and Shrimp recipe start to finish

Grill Steak- #6 scoop (about 12-13 pieces) cook for 1 3/4 min- 2 min per side

Grill shrimp- 9 each. 1 min each side

add 8 fl oz calabrian sauce to pan stir 1 min till bubbling, add 2 oz season tomatoes and 24 spinach leaves, add 6 oz bucatini pasta, and hbd

Evenly distribute steak and shrimp over pasta
