Dependent on the situation - If cars are delayed or early, ETA credits are intended to provide relief.  If there are no service-related delays, we would relay that cars are being ordered too frequently and work with the customer and customer logistics to stagger inbound traffic moving forward.

What is quantity order?

Customer requests a specific number of certain cars.  Ex: 1 pulpboard and 4 scrap, and NS will bring the amount of cars for each commodity requested based on convenience rather than pulling specific car IDs.  This allows for crew convenience and assurance the customer receives what they are asking for.
