To move to the start or end of the document, press Ctrl+Home or Ctrl+End. To jump to the next or previous word, hold down the Ctrl key while pressing the left or right arrow keys.

On the Page Layout Tab go to the Page Setup Group and click the Breaks button and select the Page Break. A Page Break continues the document at the beginning of a new page and leaves the rest of the previous page empty.
