What behaviors can lead to each restriction type?

Behavioral: 

Breaking Confidentiality; Using treatment issues against peers/bullying.; Physical violence; Racial/ethnic/religious/sexual slurs; Drug and Alcohol Violations; Weapon Violation; Stealing; Destruction of Property; Any other unsafe behavior (as deemed by Leadership team)

Clothing Restriction:

Undergarments are visible (tape belts are offered by staff) ; Negative Messages on Clothing (alcohol, drugs, violence and or sexual innuendos/refusal to turn shirt inside out) ; Tank tops (must have a shoulder strap of at least one inch thick) ; Length of shirts (shirt needs to be covering skin when standing – meeting the pants/shorts/skirt) ; Length of shorts, skorts or skirts (too short- 3 inches above the knee when standing) ; Hats (refusal to remove; a hood on a sweatshirt is considered a hat if it is worn on the head while wearing the sweatshirt) ; Transparent clothing/strapless or low cut or revealing clothing not allowed. ; Holes in pants (holes in pants three inches above the knee when standing are not acceptable, unless a pair of shorts or leggings are worn under the ripped pair of pants)

Blue Point Card-if client earns 90-100% 

Pink Point Card-if client earns 80-89%

You are put on restriction and parents/guardians will be called to update about their behaviors.

Try ignoring, using kind positive words to ask for the trigger to stop, working it out together without being reactive, going to staff as last resort if needed.

24 hours for behavioral or until they complete their work given while on restriction.

For clothing infractions, clients may be able to fix it immediately and end their restriction at this time. (such as flipping shirt inside out, etc.)

Staff will remind you that all of your points will be taken from the day if you do not give the point card up at that time.

You will have to complete work during lunch during restriction. If not completed then, you can work on it during Daily Review.

You will not be permitted to talk to other students. 

Your points will go from able to earn 15 to 8 for 1 full day.
