What are... ? 1) After creating a New Project and Saving to your folder, it comes up automatically and you should choose the settings exactly used for shooting? 2) Bring your file onto the timeline and when it asks if you want to "Match Sequence Settings" (if you've not already done so), then simply ignore the default and click to the left: "Yes" and it will set your project to that clip's original settings. 3) Find your original settings by finding the original file in its filmclass folder and right click to Get Info, then match to those settings by going into Sequence>Sequence Settings. 4) Repeat the same steps to find your settings, then Cmd+N to make the change.

What is...that digital cameras record sensory data onto an SD card that can be decoded onto a computer whereas film cameras record onto raw film that is then chemically processed? What is that digital film allows you to see the picture/playback immediately? What is digital cameras allow for a faster workflow? What is...that digital photography typically cost less than the prices to develop film? What is...that some prefer the look of film, esp. the look of film graininess to high ISO digital noise? What is...that film requires light metering to light correctly? What is...that a shallow DoF is easier to get in film, which is why HD filmmakers work harder to achieve that "cinematic" depth of field?

The tiny differences between fast motion, stop motion, and the time lapse.
