Distinguish between Commander, Unit Leader, and NCO Training responsibilities
-Commander: Use mission command to give subordinates latitude in determining how best to train their units to achieve the commanders visualized end state for training. They ensure subordinate leaders have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage unit training. They drive the training process through the activities of Understand, Visualize, Describe, Direct, Lead, and Assess.
-Unit Leader: responsible to the commander for the training readiness of their area(s) of responsibility. They evaluate training and provide assessments to the commander.
-NCO: responsible for the individual training of unit Soldiers, crews, and small teams. NCOs conduct standards-based, performance-oriented training.
