The email response time is stellar, I have answers or responses almost immediately. Everyone is extremely polite and willing to help. I have been supported in finding "right fit" subs for longer open roles and in severing relationships with folks who did not meet expectations. The team acts as a strong communication facilitator between school and guest teacher.

Also wanted to sincerely thank you for always being there for us Guest instructors. Several times when I've needed assistance with anything related to teaching, Kokua has provided prompt replies and wonderful assistance. Additionally, the training seminars that I've attended so far, have helped so much. I've been wanting to share that feedback personally. I've run into a few issues with behavior amongst elementary student classrooms. I whole heartedly applied the various strategies that were taught during those webinars; I can't emphasize how helpful that was and how well those strategies worked in my favor in trying to keep the classroom settled.
