This is the number of individuals who received services through Goodwill of Southern Nevada's Mission Services Programs in 2023.

Examples of these are lack of transportation, lack of work cards, homelessness, lack of education, lack of digital skills, lack of work clothing, lack of certification, etc.

Individuals in this Program are often referred by courts, schools, and other agencies to perform required work hours.

This is the number of individuals who were placed into verifiable employment because of the efforts of everyone at Goodwill of Southern Nevada in 2023.

These items assist participants with removing transportation barriers that may prevent them from getting a job and/or keeping a job.

These programs offer accelerated professional skill training in high-demand occupations such as Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Stagehand, and more!
What are Train-to-Hire Programs? (or Training Sprints)
This is the total amount of days that Goodwill of Southern Nevada contributed to assisting individuals with disabilities in 2023.
(most individuals are in programs for several days/weeks)

These are the Team Members at Goodwill of Southern Nevada who can utilize the Opportunity Accelerator framework.
Who is everyone?
(all Team Members are eligible to work with a Career Coach and receive career development services)
Participants often require assistance with clothing to be able to begin working. These can be issued to remove clothing barriers.

For a third consecutive year, Goodwill of Southern Nevada earned an Award for this Program.
