These are courses of study approved by the Mississippi Department of Education leading to a five-year license or a supplemental endorsement.

What is Mild/Moderate (221)?
This license type requires multiple components, including technology literacy
What is Career and Technical Education
This type of educator requires 70 SEMIs, 6 hours coursework, 35 SEMIs AND 3 hours coursework or completion of a specialist’s or doctorate degree to renew their license
What is career level administrator?
An educator must submit this to prove they are living in the United States under the requirements of the law
