Typically we will not re-do an entire batch of content. Simply explain that you are happy to make any edits to the content, but we can't re-do entire graphics. IF and only if they are insisting, then pull Laura in to make a call on what to do.

There are multiple correct answers for this, but pulling pinterest inspiration is always an easy way to get an idea for what they like and don't like.

Solve this error: "Woops, we can't queue more than 10 posts for that profile!"

This generally happens when a client is on a free plan on a buffer and tries to queue more than 10 posts.

1. Login to Buffer

2. Check the reason for the full queue 

3. Email the agency and explain that upgrading their Buffer would be a good option to resolve.

My client is asking WHY they need to give me their Buffer login and why they can't just add us to their Buffer agency account. 

The correct answer is we need to have their login to directly connect it to the dashboard so that we can post out content anonymously. We do not want to be added to their team because we would then have hundreds of notifications from posts going out successfully.
