When is rent due?
What is lease recertification?
Every year you must complete your lease recertification with Property Management. This includes bringing updated income information, bank statements, or other necessary documents.
How do I prepare for a pest control visit?
Keep a clear walkway, remove any excess items on floor, remove items from cabinets

I got approved for SSI, what should I do?
Contact property management and report the change in income as soon as possible.
How many days out does Property Management start the recertification process.

If there is an active bed bug infestation, what areas that one should avoid until getting cleared?
Community room, Resident Services office, Property Management office, and other common areas.

Avoid getting gnats by not leaving food out, taking out trash consistently, and fill out a work order.
When are quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8am. This includes any loud noises coming from TV, radios, cell phones, furniture, etc.
What documents are needed for your recertification?
Most updated income (SSI/SSDI award letter), 6 months of bank statements, other assets (life insurance policies).
When does pest control come out?
The first and second Wednesday of the month.
Where can you find work orders?
You can ask Jada or security for a work order!
My faucet is leaking, what should I do?
Come down to the front office and complete a work order form. Residents must report any maintenance issues as soon as possible.
What if I have trouble getting my documents?
Stop by Resident Services for help!
Are you allowed to refuse?
No! It's important for pest control to be able to enter the unit in order to avoid any future pest issues.
What if I'm not able to clean because of my health? Who do I talk to?
Resident Services can help you get homemaker services. Stop by!
What are the visiting hours and overnight policy?
Visiting hours are from 8 am until 11:45 pm. Residents' guests can stay up to two nights within a weeks' time.
What happens if you don't complete your recertification?
You will get a lease violation! You are also at risk of having your rent increase to market rate.
What if I won't be home during that time?
Pest control will still come out to spray the unit and maintenance will leave a notice letting you know they entered.
What should I be cleaning on a weekly basis?
Stovetop, floors, bathroom, sink!
