Statuses
This status is appropriate for a listing where there is a valid listing agreement but is not yet ready for public marketing.
What is the preview status?
Exempt listings require the seller to sign and submit this form in order to not violate CCP.
What is the certificate to withhold form?
Displaying your listing using websites, social media, and for-sale signs are all forms of this.
What is public marketing?
The maximum timeframe for submitting a required listing after the contractual agreement is executed, or for reporting status changes is this.
What is one business day?
Listings that have a pending purchase agreement and the seller has directed that no further showings are allowed fall under this status.
What is the under contract status?
These types of listings are when a property satisfies the definition for more than one eligible property type.
What are duplicate listings?
In 2024, NAR announced a major change in which offers of this could no longer be listed in the MLS.
What is buyer's agent compensation?
Efficient Hot Water Distribution, Gray Water System, and Low-Flow Fixtures are features of this.
What is Green Water Conservation?
This status indicates when the legal title has changed hands.
These three listing types must have a specific disclosure in the public remarks.
What are auction, leasehold, and fractional/shared listings?
These types of photos must include specific verbiage in the public remarks about them and an original photo following or preceding them.
